Our Covid-19 Response...
To help keep our customers, our staff and our community safe we are taking the following precautions to limit the spread of coronavirus:
Please let us know if there are any additional measures you would like us to take when working in your home.
- We will maintain social distancing (2m) from our customers whilst working in their homes
- We will cordon off a work area within the home to reduce interaction between staff and customer
- We will wear a face covering anytime social distancing with our customers is not possible
- We will use an alternative entrance (e.g. back door) wherever possible
- We will avoid handshaking and touching our faces and maintain good hand hygiene
- We will not accept tea, coffee or other refreshments from customers
- We will frequently clean all frequently touched objects and services
